Keshav is the Group CEO and Member of the Board of Directors of NYSE-listed WNS Holdings, a global leader in accelerating the transformation of companies globally by leveraging People, Process and Digital Innovation.

Under Keshav’s stewardship, WNS has grown into a strategic digital transformation partner to 600+ clients across industries and geographies. Today, WNS is a 60,000+ people organization with USD 1.2 Billion+ in revenue, and a presence across 13 countries and 66 delivery centers.

Keshav is acknowledged as the ‘Turnaround Turk,’ for successfully transforming companies and setting up new businesses that have become industry innovators. He has left an indelible mark of transformative success at two global organizations – ITC and Syntel and continues to do so at WNS.

He is the Chairman of CII UK India Business Forum (IBF) and the past Chairperson of NASSCOM. Prior to that has served as Chairperson of NASSCOM’s BPM Council for two consecutive terms (2015-17). He was also the Chairperson of the NASSCOM Consumer Interest Protection Task Force. Keshav has spearheaded a major re-branding campaign under the aegis of NASSCOM, called ‘Become World Worthy,’ to re-position the BPM industry. He is a strong voice for nurturing a conducive ecosystem that will help build a future-ready talent pool through closer ties between industry and the academia. He has also been a key architect of initiatives to position India as a global ‘Innovation Hub,’ and an active angel investor for technology start-ups in the country.

He is the Co-chief mentor of Kalpataru Center of Entrepreneurship (CoE), established under the guidance of Software Technology Parks of India (STPI) to promote innovation and entrepreneurship.

Keshav introduced the first-ever Cyber Crime educational series for the Mumbai Police through WNS and NASSCOM; was closely involved in establishing a first-of-its-kind unrelated marrow donor registry in India; brought the Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE), now called Enactus, into Indian waters for the first time, and as its Chairperson for six years, built an incredible connect between the student communities and businesses. During the COVID-19 crisis, he and a team of NASSCOM leaders worked closely with the Government of India to create a historic policy change that made work-from-anywhere possible for the IT/ITeS industry.

As a global thought leader, Keshav is an active member of the Wall Street Journal CEO Council and G100. He has addressed many international gatherings – including the Harvard India Conference (2018 & 2023); the Global Boardroom hosted by the Financial Times (2021); Social Impact Day Panel at the Imperial College Business School, London (2021 & 2022); apart from being on a panel on India-US relations at the UCLA Anderson School of Management (2020).

Keshav is a committed social evangelist, both in a personal capacity and through the organizations he has led. At WNS, he is a Member of the Board of WNS Cares Foundation (WCF) that focuses on education for less-privileged children as the core medium of community outreach and uplift across WNS’ global locations.

Keshav has been recently featured as the ‘Mega Icon’ by the National Geographic Channel. He was recognized as the ‘Executive of the Year’ at the 2019 Stevie International Business Awards and as one of the ‘Most Influential Business Leaders of Asia’ by The Economic Times in 2019. He is a recipient of the CNBC-TV18 India Business Leader Award and was named as CNBC Asia’s ‘India Disruptor of the Year’ in 2018. Recently, he was honored with the Amity Global Corporate Leadership Excellence Award. He is also a recipient of the ‘Outstanding CEO’ at the Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Awards 2015 and the prestigious Chartered Accountants Achiever award 2013. In 2022, he was featured on the cover of The CEO Magazine, US edition, as ‘The Transformer.’
